About the Role
Make a difference every day without providing direct care. Join Bluegrove care home and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that our residents love. Your role will include keeping communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents' rooms to a high standard, and working with the management team to maintain hygiene standards. Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts such as smiles, chats, and a friendly presence. This role is essential in ensuring a comfortable and homely atmosphere for all residents.
