In this role, your care goes beyond tasks; it’s in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.

Your responsibilities will include leading by example to provide high-quality care and companionship, supporting residents with personal care and daily living, encouraging independence and wellbeing, planning and participating in meaningful activities and outings, overseeing medication administration and accurate record-keeping, working closely with families and healthcare professionals, and supporting and guiding the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

Experience
Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
At least 2 years experience in social care
