About the Role
Are you an experienced Maintenance Person looking to apply your skills in a rewarding environment? Join the welcoming and specialised support team at Rose Court Care Home. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds, ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements. Your duties will include assessing and undertaking repairs such as painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairing doors and windows. When repairs cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with the head office team to arrange contractor support. Safety is paramount, and you will ensure the care home remains safe for all residents. All maintenance work will be completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements. Experience
Maintenance experience is required. Experience working within a care home setting is essential.

About you
You must be able to work 32 hours per week including weekends. A minimum of 12 months on your right to work is required. You must hold a valid driving licence. You should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, relevant maintenance skills and experience are necessary. A driving licence is mandatory.
