About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Drainage Engineer to join our team covering North London and wider areas. The main purpose of this role is to carry out planned and reactive drainage tasks safely and to a high standard. You will provide a first line response to all emergencies during normal working hours and offer an out of hours service when on call, ensuring our customers can continue trading without disruption.

Duties and responsibilities include effectively diagnosing faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing solutions or escalating as necessary, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, sponsoring and completing drainage surveys and technical reports, and acting as a brand ambassador for Arcus by maintaining a professional appearance and vehicle condition. You will also support colleagues through training and upskilling apprentices, fostering a teamwork approach.

Experience
Understanding of commercial drainage systems, ideally gained within a retail environment. Experience working unsupervised in a fast-paced environment dealing with store teams and the public is essential.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence (essential)
CSCS card (desirable)
High pressure water jetting qualification (desirable)
