Level 2 Apprenticeship: £18,200 per annum
Level 3 Apprenticeship: Starting at £19,240 per annum with pay increases upon achieving Level 2 competency and progression through the apprenticeship, up to £26,499 plus a £500 qualification bonus
About the Role
Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition, and people are at the core of everything we do! As an Early Years Apprentice, you will gain valuable hands-on experience within the nursery while working towards a sought-after early years qualification. The apprenticeship is work-based, with dedicated time allocated to support your learning and study. Our Level 3 course takes approximately 2 years to complete but offers advancement to Level 2 sign off as soon as you are ready. You will be part of a supportive team at Kido Wandsworth Bridge, developing your skills and knowledge in early years and childcare.

Experience
Some evidence of experience with children, ideally in a nursery setting, is required. No formal qualifications are needed to start the Level 3 Apprenticeship, but a genuine passion for Early Years and Childcare is essential.
About you
You must be hardworking, keen to learn, and have values that align with Kido’s core principles: Listen, Learn and Lead. You must have the right to work in the UK and have held UK residency for the past 3 years or more.
Qualifications
Maths and English GCSEs are desirable but not essential. If you do not have these, you will complete Level 2 Maths and English Functional Skills tests to demonstrate competence. To be accepted initially, you must have the current equivalent of Level 1 Maths and English.
