Experience
Proven experience leading in an Early Years setting is essential. Experience working within a nursery environment and managing a team is highly valued.

Qualifications
A relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 minimum is required. If your Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014, Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also mandatory. Please note that Kido is unable to support Sponsorship Applications at this time.
