Requirements

Experience
Proven experience leading in an Early Years setting is essential. Experience working within a nursery environment and managing a team is highly valued.

About you
You are passionate about childcare and leadership, with strong communication and organisational skills. You are committed to championing career growth and fostering a positive, inclusive culture. You must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities that align with Kido's values and ethos.

Qualifications
A relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 minimum is required. If your Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014, Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also mandatory. Please note that sponsorship applications cannot be supported at this time.
