Full Time - 40 hours per week
Salary
Level 2 Apprenticeship: £18,200 per annum
Level 3 Apprenticeship: £19,240 per annum with pay increases as you progress:
- Upon Level 2 competency sign off: £21,320 (usually within first 2 months)
- Second year uplift to minimum wage for age
- Upon qualification completion: at least £26,499 plus a £500 qualification bonus paid in two instalments
About the Role
Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition, and people are at the core of everything we do! As an Early Years Apprentice, you will gain valuable hands-on experience within the nursery while working towards a sought-after early years qualification. Our Level 3 course takes approximately 2 years to complete but offers advancement to Level 2 sign off as soon as you’re ready. The apprenticeship is designed to be work-based, with dedicated time allocated to support you with relevant learning and study to gain your qualification. You will join the team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Wandsworth, contributing to a nurturing and dynamic environment focused on early childhood development.

Some evidence of experience with children, ideally in a nursery setting.

Qualifications
No existing qualifications required for the Level 3 Apprentice role.
Maths and English GCSE desirable; if not held, you will complete Level 2 Maths and English Functional Skills alongside your apprenticeship.
Initial acceptance requires current equivalent of Level 1 Maths and English.
