Experience
Previous experience working in early years settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality childcare are essential.

Qualifications
It is essential to hold a relevant childcare qualification at Level 2 or Level 3 minimum. If your Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014, you must also hold Level 2 qualifications in English, including functional skills. Please note that Kido is unable to support Sponsorship Applications at this time.
