Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivers repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessment works to over 23,500 homes. We complete more than 46,000 repairs annually, including 1,000 voids and fitting 600 kitchens and bathrooms. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our team in Ealing. This hands-on, field-based role involves maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across both void and occupied properties. You will ensure homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents through reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment projects.

The role requires a proactive, reliable individual passionate about delivering high-quality work. You will work independently or as part of a team, meeting daily repair targets while maintaining excellent customer care. Responsibilities include responding to emergency call outs, adhering to health and safety policies, and using IT systems to manage and prioritise workload.

Key electrical duties include reactive repairs to lighting circuits, sockets, fuseboards, inspection and testing of electrical installations, replacement or repair of faulty components, and ensuring work areas are clean and safe after completion.

Experience
Previous experience in domestic and social housing electrical work is required.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations including AM2
City & Guilds 18th Edition (candidates with 17th Edition can work towards 18th Edition)
Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record (must be over 21, held for over 3 months, and less than 9 points to drive company vehicles)
