About the Role
At Croydon College Group, we are committed to delivering the best outcomes for our students and making a positive impact in our local community. This role offers a flexible and responsive teaching solution, enabling the department to scale delivery in line with demand while maintaining a consistently high-quality service.
You will deliver high-quality employability teaching and coaching to unemployed learners referred by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), primarily through SWAP employability courses. Working within structured guidelines and processes, you will support learners throughout their journey by recruiting, planning and delivering employability units, maintaining regular contact to monitor progress, and ensuring each learner receives meaningful, tailored support.
Responsibilities include managing assessment activities, tracking achievement, maintaining accurate records, completing associated administrative tasks, developing and maintaining high-quality learning resources, and actively supporting learners to progress into employment, self-employment, apprenticeships, or further study.
We offer a great location, a positive culture, generous annual leave, defined benefit pension schemes, and dedicated staff development days focused on team development, socialisation, and wellbeing.
The College is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive learning community and offers family-friendly, inclusive employment policies and flexible working arrangements.
