About the Role
Join Croydon College Group as a Library Assistant within the Learning Resources Centre (LRC) and play a vital role in supporting learners’ digital learning. You will provide inclusive and supportive front-line customer services, enabling learners to utilise facilities, resources, and equipment effectively. Your role will involve assisting learners to identify, access, and use information through various media and technologies, as well as participating in induction, development, and promotional activities to encourage and increase learner engagement with relevant learning resources. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to an excellent student experience and support the college’s commitment to inclusivity and community impact.

Experience
Some understanding of library, learning resource, and information systems and environments is desirable.

Qualifications
Applicants should have Level 2 English and Maths and competency in Microsoft software.
