We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join us on a 1 year fixed term contract. This role is part of eBay’s UK Enterprise Seller Development team, focusing on the Media and Collectibles categories. It is a vital position dedicated to driving strategic growth in some of eBay’s most important areas.
What you will accomplish:
- Drive performance by setting and achieving targets for GMV, CSAT, and Revenue through data-led strategies.
- Manage top enterprise accounts with a strategic focus, leading contract negotiations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and seller advocacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category leaders and other teams to align priorities and launch growth-driving initiatives.
- Support operational excellence by partnering on seller segmentation, performance tracking, and agile strategy updates.
Experience
Experience in account management is ideal. Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
About you
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Effective communicator with experience representing organisations externally. Familiarity with ecommerce, Media, or Collectibles sectors is a plus. Comfortable working with data to make business decisions.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience and a data-driven commercial mindset are essential.
