Hybrid working based at any of our Core HQs in London, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham or the Scientific Campus in Porton.

Hours
Full Time, standard office hours with hybrid working options available. As a hybrid worker, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of your contractual hours working on-site (approximately 3 days a week pro rata).

Salary
£28,547 - £33,196 (National) or £32,624 - £37,737 (Inner London)

About the Role
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is dedicated to preventing, preparing for, and responding to infectious diseases and environmental hazards to protect public health and build national health security capability. As an Executive Officer (EO) EPRR Training Administrator, you will play a vital role within the Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Training administration team. Reporting to HEO Training Officers and SEO Training Managers, you will provide essential operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of accredited training programmes across the UK health system.
You will be responsible for processing applications and enrolments, maintaining learner records, coordinating communications, and delivering responsive customer service to delegates. This role offers structured development opportunities with clear progression pathways to HEO level and experience in Learning Management Systems, professional training administration, and quality-assured educational environments.
The position is primarily office-based with hybrid working options and occasional travel to NHS England, UKHSA sites, or external training venues to support programme delivery or meetings.
Key responsibilities include accurate processing of training applications and enrolments, learner services and communications, data management and record keeping, operational support including managing shared inboxes and materials, and supporting financial administration related to training activities.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, professional communication abilities, and confidence using digital systems such as Microsoft Office 365 and databases. You will manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a busy team environment, contributing to the overall success of the EPRR training function.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong administrative or customer service experience in professional environments
- Experience working in training, education, or learning and development environments is desirable
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or student record systems is advantageous
- Experience with database management or data entry roles is beneficial

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications are required for this role, but relevant experience and skills are essential
- Successful candidates must pass a basic disclosure and barring security check before appointment
- Candidates based at the Porton campus must be eligible for Counter Terrorism Check security vetting
- UK residency for the last 3 years is normally required to meet security clearance standards
