About the Role
Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic Estates Administrator to join our Estates Team and play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our facilities and estate services. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Estates Team. Your responsibilities will include managing purchasing processes, maintaining records, supporting events, responding to service desk enquiries, and ensuring the efficient delivery of facilities services across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for staff, learners, and visitors.

Experience
Experience in administration within a fast-paced environment is desirable. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
