About the Role
As a Finance Projects & Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating a portfolio of transformation projects aimed at optimising finance processes, systems, reporting, and policies. You will lead the delivery of high-profile annual programmes of work, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. Your ability to track deliverables, manage milestones, and maintain transparency will be essential to effective project management and change delivery.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex financial and technical requirements into clear, actionable plans. Your experience in finance administration, project coordination, and documentation will be vital, alongside your capability to manage budgets and ensure data integrity throughout.

You will be a natural communicator, able to tailor messages for different audiences and bring gravitas when working with senior stakeholders. Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience in finance or accounting administration with a strong understanding of bridging Finance and IT.
- Skilled in scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and coordinating sessions efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Qualifications
- Ideally a part-qualified accountant committed to ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of accounting software is essential; experience with Sun Systems is desirable.
