About the Role
Finance is at the center of every strategic business decision at Shell, helping the company create value, manage risk, support investment decisions, and deliver sustainable business performance. We are seeking highly driven individuals to join Shell’s Finance organisation as part of the Shell Graduate Programme. Through two 18-month rotations, this program offers a structured pathway to accelerate your professional development. You will be supported with a broad range of learning opportunities across key finance competencies, including accounting & reporting, business partnering, financial planning, financial controls, risk management, direct tax, and treasury. Supported by development opportunities and hands-on experience, you will build the core technical and leadership skills needed to succeed in your role and grow into a future Shell leader.

We are excited to connect with graduates preferably from Econometrics-related disciplines including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics. While candidates can express interest in multiple business streams, we particularly welcome applications for Finance. Candidates most interested in this area are encouraged to select it as their first preference.

Qualifications
- You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2027 or within the last three years.
- You must have graduated with or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree – or equivalent grade.
- There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A-Level or GCSE equivalents.
- Preferred disciplines include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related fields.
