About the Role
Join Shell as an Assessed Intern and be part of the future of energy. This internship offers real responsibilities and meaningful projects with clear deliverables from day one. You will be matched to a programme based on your skills and preferences, with opportunities in Finance, Information & Digital Technology, Trading & Supply, and Integrated Commercial areas. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in projects that have significant business impact. Throughout the internship, you will receive support from a supervisor and mentor, including regular assessments and a formal mid-term review. At the end of the programme, you will present your project and discuss your performance. This is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the energy industry, develop valuable networks, and discover which skills you need to grow. We seek candidates who enjoy challenges, are innovative, analytical, resilient, flexible team players, and able to influence others effectively.

Experience
Previous internship experience is not required. We value enthusiasm, a strong academic record, and a willingness to learn.

About you
You should be motivated by challenge and innovation, able to absorb information quickly, analyse problems objectively, and generate original ideas. You must have the drive and resilience to complete tasks, work well in teams, and influence others credibly.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom and in your penultimate year of study.
- On track to achieve a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- No specific academic requirements for A-Level or GCSE equivalents.
- Available to start and commit to the full 12-week internship from June 2027 to September 2027.
