About the Role
Join Shell’s Assessed Internship Programme and be part of the future of energy. This internship offers you real responsibilities and meaningful projects with clear deliverables from day one. You will be matched to a programme based on your skills and preferences, with options including Finance, Information & Digital Technology, Trading & Supply, and Integrated Commercial. You will work alongside experienced Shell professionals, gaining hands-on experience in your chosen business area and contributing to projects with significant business impact. Throughout the internship, you will receive direct support from a supervisor and mentor, participate in regular assessments, and complete a formal mid-term review. At the end of the programme, you will present your project and discuss your performance. Experience
Previous internship experience is not required. We value enthusiasm, a strong academic record, and a willingness to learn and be challenged.

About you
You should be innovative, able to absorb information quickly, analyse problems objectively, and generate original ideas. You must have the drive and resilience to complete tasks, work well in teams, and influence others effectively.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom and in your penultimate year of study.
- On track to achieve a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
- No specific academic requirements for A-Level or GCSE grades.
- Available to start and commit to the full 12-week internship from June 2027 to September 2027.
