About the Role

As part of the Information & Digital Technology (IDT) organization within the Shell Graduate Programme, you will undertake two 18-month rotations to build a strong foundation in technology, gain exposure to Shell's business domains, and develop the commercial acumen needed to deliver impactful digital solutions.

IDT plays a vital role in Shell’s business, with a long heritage of delivering digital solutions that support unique business capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the energy transition and help meet the challenge of net zero emissions while providing secure, affordable energy.

Throughout the programme, you will be supported in crafting a development journey tailored to your strengths and needs, working on projects at the forefront of technology, trends, and practices. Qualifications
- You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2027 or within the last three years.
- You must have graduated with or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
- There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A-Level or GCSE equivalents.
- We welcome graduates from technology disciplines and adjacent fields including but not limited to Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Geoscience, and Economics.
