Location
London, mainly South West London areas.

Hours
36 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off basis. You will work a three day on, three day off rotation which includes days, nights, sleeping/waking nights and weekends. Shifts may be assigned at short notice. Paid a static 36 hours per week.

Salary
£18.24 per hour

About the Role
Are you caring and compassionate with a desire to make a difference in someone’s life? Join YOURLIFEYOURWAY as a First Responder supporting vulnerable adults and children across London. Full training will be provided to equip you for this rewarding role. You will provide support to clients with complex health needs, clinical interventions, moving and handling, mental health, learning disabilities, and autism. The role also involves supporting the Out of Hours service on a rotational basis.

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients to live the life they choose by promoting independence through companionship, housework support, running errands, meal preparation, and administering medication when required. This role offers a variety of shifts and a competitive rate of pay after training is completed.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in care. Experience working with clients requiring clinical interventions and those with mental health challenges is desirable.

About you
Must be caring, compassionate and willing to undergo all required training to meet client needs. Good communication skills and a desire to care for others are essential. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. A good standard of spoken and written English is required.

Qualifications
LD Level 2 or higher qualification in health and social care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
