About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. You will maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Your responsibilities include organising staff rotas, supporting ongoing training and development of the housekeeping team, and ensuring compliance with HotelCare and client standards. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, meeting daily targets and upholding health and safety policies while reporting any maintenance issues or hazards.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination
