About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor on board Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the restaurant and bar operations aboard this luxury train. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure an exceptional Food & Beverage service is delivered to our guests. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, strong cultural awareness, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Key responsibilities include managing guests’ dietary requirements, taking orders, ensuring LQA standards are consistently met, overseeing all F&B cleaning according to Standard Operating Procedures, and maintaining stock levels of operational supplies including china, crockery, and glassware. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a legacy of luxury hospitality.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Hospitality qualification is an advantage.

About you
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK. Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative. Strong administration, organisational skills, and excellent customer service. Extensive food and beverage product knowledge. Working knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications
Hospitality qualification is advantageous but not essential.
