About the Role
London Metropolitan University Estates Department is seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised Front of House Assistant to join the Front of House team. You will provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors at reception points across all of London Met's principal buildings. As the first point of contact, you will ensure everyone is greeted with a warm, positive welcome and offered assistance at all times. This role requires the ability to think independently, solve problems, and deliver outstanding customer care. You will also demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills, adaptability, openness to change, and personal motivation in all aspects of your work.
Experience
Experience in customer service or reception roles is desirable but not explicitly stated. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve independently.
