About the Role
UNIQLO is opening a new store in Canary Wharf and we are excited to welcome new team members to join us on this journey. As a Sales Assistant, you will lead the business, impact lives, and grow yourself. You will be a key part of shaping memorable customer experiences and contributing to the growth and evolution of our business.

You will act as a Brand Ambassador, bringing our values, products, and services to life by delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the spirit of UNIQLO. You will partner in management by offering fresh ideas, relaying customer feedback, and driving sales. As a Retail Specialist, you will build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations to confidently support customers and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive and responsive customer service throughout the shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, organized, and beautifully presented sales floor
- Monitoring customer reactions to products and recommending adjustments to visual displays and stock levels
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a strong, united team
- Championing sustainability initiatives such as recycling programs and repair services
- Contributing to retail technology efforts including social media content, styling apps, or livestream channels if interested

From day one, you will receive several weeks of blended training including in-store experience at our Regent Street store, on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and digital learning tools.
