About the Role
Join the UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team as a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate at our Wimbledon store. You will be responsible for executing all initiatives and daily tasks related to loss prevention and safety management under the direction of the Loss Prevention Manager. Your role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and protecting company assets. Key responsibilities include training store employees on loss prevention and safety policies, detecting and apprehending shoplifters according to company protocols, preparing incident and investigation reports, assisting management with employee policy investigations, maintaining confidentiality of all investigations, supporting day-to-day store operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Experience
Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Experience working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team is essential.
