Are you passionate about helping others? Are you interested in a role that allows you to use your clinical skills in a different way whilst maintaining your clinical registration? As a Functional Assessor, your primary responsibilities will include conducting health and disability assessments to understand each person’s unique needs, carrying out Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments for individuals of working age with long-term physical or mental health conditions or disabilities, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for submission to the Department of Work and Pensions, and collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality service to claimants while contributing to continuous service improvement.
