About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Building Compliance team within London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q). We are recruiting for a Gas Contract Administrator to support the Gas team and ensure the smooth administrative running of gas contracts. Reporting to the Lead Gas Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the Gas Operational Manager, Technical Advisors, and support teams across Property Services and the wider Directorate.
The role involves providing contract assistance and administration, monitoring, chasing, and closing outstanding actions and engineer variations. You will be responsible for raising work orders, closing off outstanding actions, creating Gas Certificates, and processing invoices.
This position is key to ensuring targets and KPIs are met and statutory compliance is achieved across domestic gas, commercial gas, ventilation, and heating systems. You will ensure gas contracts are well managed and service contract information is accurately recorded and updated in L&Q’s in-house systems.
Additionally, you will monitor, forecast, and report on the department’s budget and expenditure. Resident satisfaction and safety are central to this role, and you will handle complaints promptly and effectively to ensure positive outcomes for residents and customers.
