Location
London, Stratford reporting office; working from Garratt Lane office and South West London, moving to Morden Road, CR4 4DA (office opening later this year). Patch locations confirmed on appointment.

Hours
Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. Agile working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working).

Salary
£35,951 to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary) depending on experience plus £1,300 ECU allowance*

About the Role
Join our South West London Team at L&Q as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and help deliver an excellent service for residents. You will support the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service. Your role is key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they are happy in. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in homes on your patch, which will cover approximately 500 – 600 homes aligned with local authority areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who is passionate about making a difference.

Requirements

Experience
Proven track record of building relationships with people and effective communication with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.

About you
Customer-focused with grit and determination, able to problem solve and motivated by keeping promises to residents. Willing to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a complex workload and meet deadlines. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications
Valid driving licence and access to a car for work use.
