As General Manager, you will lead the entire restaurant team and be the driving force behind its day-to-day and long-term success. With a focus on people, performance, and profitability, you will oversee every element of operations—from service and staffing to stock, systems, events, and guest experience. You will inspire and empower your team, represent the venue with pride, and work closely with the directors to deliver results that reflect the quality, warmth, and excellence the Sam’s brand is known for.

Experience
Proven stable background working in a busy, high-end restaurant and/or bar environment is essential.

About you
Bundles of passion and enthusiasm with a true love for authentic hospitality. You must demonstrate leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.

Qualifications
Right to Work in the UK is required. Credible, positive references from former employers are essential. Formal qualifications are not specified but relevant hospitality management experience is expected.
