You will also use our electronic prescribing system to effectively manage the patient. Based in our South West London Out Of Hours (OOH) services, youll be working autonomously within your sphere of competency in a multi-skilled team that includes advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists and pharmacy advisors.
