You will collaborate closely with Product, Coverage, Engineering, Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, Treasury, Network Management, and Operations teams to translate requirements into executable service processes and controls.

The role also involves driving operational readiness deliverables, resolving domestic and cross-border payment issues, executing risk and control measures, adopting AI and automation tools to improve service delivery, and supporting a consistent global service model through training and knowledge sharing.

- Strong risk and control mindset with experience following procedures, evidencing controls, and escalating issues.
- Practical use of approved AI, automation, or advanced digital tools to improve service delivery, with evidence of output validation, human oversight, confidentiality discipline, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and remain effective in a fast-paced, evolving, and globally coordinated environment.

About You

- Proactive in identifying service improvements and automation opportunities while maintaining appropriate controls.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams including Product, Coverage, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
