Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. It also delivers essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, Operations develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.
We are seeking a professional to join our Synthetic Client Middle Office team, supporting the Securities Division and facilitating the growth of the Equities Prime Businesses. The Synthetic Client Middle Office primarily supports the Synthetic Products Group (SPG) Trading Desk and its clients, which include large institutions and hedge funds. This role involves managing front office day-to-day risk and trading issues, client queries, corporate actions processing, and contributing to strategic firm and business infrastructure projects.
The team works closely with the Trading Desk and Prime Brokerage Client Representatives to ensure client needs are met effectively. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing teams in Operations and gain exposure to equity derivative trading and risk management within a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Proven client service skills gained in a fast-paced Client Service or Operational role. Experience working in equities or derivatives operations is advantageous.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are mandated; however, a strong interest in risk management, client service, and equities markets is essential. A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and maintaining accurate controls is highly valued.
