Quantitative developers are at the cutting edge of our business, solving real-world problems through a variety of analytical methods. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, nimble, and adaptive trading strategies for internal and external clients. You will monitor trading performance daily and build algorithm customizations based on clients’ needs. Utilize a deep understanding of market structure, regulations, and exchange service offerings to implement ongoing changes. Communicate effectively with traders, sales, clients, and compliance officers about new feature requests and explanations of existing features.

Experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience in quantitative development or related fields.
Extensive experience designing and implementing algorithms for US trading.
Experience in data-driven trading strategy performance analysis and optimizations.
Proficiency in either Java or C++.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
