About the Role
Goldman Sachs Asset Management is one of the world’s leading asset managers with over $3 trillion in assets under supervision. As a primary investment area within Goldman Sachs, we provide investment and advisory services for pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors, and individuals. In this role, you will support product specialists within Private Credit throughout the marketing, structuring, and fundraising cycle for Private Credit funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs). You will collaborate with stakeholders across Alternatives Capital Formation (ACF), client advisors, sales teams, fund finance, fund management, legal, and compliance to develop and execute product strategy, track progress, and drive engagement with target investors.

You will produce and update investor materials including commercial proposals, marketing presentations, update calls and videos, educational content, and performance and data analysis. Building market intelligence will be key to contributing thoughtfully to these materials and ensuring effective distribution of relevant funds. The role involves select interaction with new and existing clients on due diligence inquiries, portfolio updates, ongoing investor requests, and client meetings.

Additional responsibilities include completing due diligence questionnaires, supporting investor inquiry fulfillment, managing and organizing data rooms, and prioritizing workflow amidst multiple competing priorities. You will collaborate directly with the Investment team to build a deep understanding of the portfolio, analyze key metrics, and identify effective messaging for investor communications about relevant funds, investments, the business, market environment, and competitive positioning.

Effectively articulating the investment strategy and role within an investment portfolios of relevant Goldman Sachs Private Credit strategies to internal and external stakeholders is essential. You will also respond to questions from senior management and sales channels internally, including private wealth, institutional, and third-party distribution teams.

Requirements

Experience
0-2 years of experience in a similar or related role. Previous experience in Investment Banking or Investing is also applicable.

Attention to detail with proven experience delivering high levels of accuracy. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and work well under high pressure. Strong organisational skills to manage production of a high volume of quality work within tight timeframes, often including multiple simultaneous projects. Teamwork orientation and self-motivation, demonstrating a willingness to take on more responsibility over time. Ability to generate new ideas and consider ways to improve existing processes to create efficiencies and support growth.

Qualifications
Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent experience preferred but not explicitly stated. Emphasis on strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
