About the Role
Working in this lively and diverse inner London borough, you will have the opportunity to contribute to delivering a quality grounds maintenance service across Islington’s cemeteries. You will be responsible for leading a small team to provide an effective and efficient grounds maintenance service. Your duties will include carrying out quality and safety inspections of work performed under your direction. You will need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of horticultural maintenance techniques. Experience working in cemeteries and customer care around headstones and memorials is desirable but not essential. You will hold and maintain a valid Manual Driving Licence and undertake regular training as required.

Experience
- Experience in cemetery maintenance is desirable but not essential.
- Proven working knowledge and application of horticultural skills.
- Ability to use various horticultural power tools.
