About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Oracle ERP (Product Owner) to lead the development, support, and continuous improvement of the Council's Oracle Cloud platform, serving over 3,100 employees. As the product owner for the organisation's critical Finance, Procurement (SCM), HR, and Payroll systems, you will ensure the Oracle ecosystem delivers maximum value, efficiency, and performance across the Council.

In this high-profile leadership role, you will lead a team of Oracle specialists and manage key relationships with Oracle and third-party support partners. You will drive service excellence, oversee system enhancements and releases, manage incidents and risks, and champion innovation that improves business processes and user experience.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes are essential. You will play a pivotal role in delivering transformational digital services that support the Council's strategic objectives.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years supporting Oracle Fusion, including HCM, ERP, Talent, Learn, Projects, Risk Management, and EPM
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Proven experience working across digital products, services, and technology teams to deliver user-focused outcomes
