About the Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver at Thames Water, you will be responsible for driving and operating vehicles and plant equipment to deliver the Bio Recycling service efficiently and profitably across Thames Water sites and external locations. You will enter deliveries into the cake logging system as appropriate and work collaboratively with other Thames Water employees to support the smooth delivery of Bio Recycling activities. This role involves safely operating vehicles associated with Bio Recycling services, including deliveries, plant movements, and tipping lorries. Experience
- Proven experience as a Class 1 HGV Driver is essential for deliveries and plant movements
- Experience in tipping lorries is beneficial
- Experience delivering to farms or agricultural sites is desirable
- Holding a Front-end Loader licence is advantageous

About you
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence and no DR or IN convictions
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of Transport Law and the Road Traffic Act
- Working knowledge of Drivers' Hours rules and Working Time regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively and safely within a team environment

Qualifications
- Full Driver CPC qualification
- Valid Driver Tachograph card
