Location
Predominantly home working with occasional attendance required at Clearwater Court office in Reading or Camelford House office in Vauxhall.

Hours
36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary
£47,000 to £50,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content supporting a wide range of internal and external communications. Working as part of a collaborative design team, you will develop innovative creative solutions across print and digital media, including static graphics and motion graphics. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, creating impactful visual storytelling, and delivering high-quality designs that bring ideas and messages to life.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Creative Lead to meet business expectations, delivering all creative assets on time and within budget including direct mail, digital assets, and customer communications. Projects may range from large scale brand development and marketing campaigns to smaller customer-facing and internal communications. You will also assist in developing templates and creative assets for both internal and external use.

Experience
- 3 to 5 years in print and digital creative roles.
- Experience creating motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
- At least two years design experience as part of an in-house creative team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About You
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or Motion Design.

Additional Skills (Desirable)
- Understanding of digital marketing.
- Knowledge of paper stock and printing requirements.
- Photography editing and retouching skills.
