About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic HLTA (Level 4) to join our fantastic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading Maths and Science interventions, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
As an HLTA (Level 4), you will lead and coordinate targeted Maths and Science interventions, provide individual and small-group support, and monitor progress against agreed goals. You will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to identify and meet pupils’ additional learning needs, ensure EHCP Section F provision is delivered effectively, and cover lessons when required. Maintaining accurate intervention records, contributing to external agency reporting, and promoting the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils are key responsibilities.

Experience
Experience working in an educational setting, ideally specialist provision. Understanding of supporting pupils with learning needs, behaviour, or child development. Awareness of neurodiversity, trauma, and the impact of ACEs.
About you
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation skills with strong written, verbal, and ICT abilities. Commitment to continuing professional development. Full driving licence and willingness to complete school driver training.
Qualifications
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above). Relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) and/or relevant further study.
