About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team within Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts. As the Home Delivery Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and smooth running of the Home Delivery Service. This role requires someone who is IT literate, organised, self-motivated, and possesses good interpersonal skills. You will work flexibly and responsively within a team environment to ensure efficient service delivery.

Main Duties
- Assist Senior Data Controller and Data Controllers with administrative duties
- Manage calls relating to the Home Delivery Service and direct them appropriately
- Maintain accurate daily records of delivered factor concentrate and patient feedback (Haemtrack Records)
- Enter, check, and amend data on the Home Delivery Database ensuring accuracy
- Handle first line queries related to Haemtrack and provide user training
- Conduct annual and half-yearly audits of patients on the Home Delivery scheme and assist with ad hoc departmental audits
- Provide reports on Home Delivery Service data for clinical staff and patients as required
- Support monthly and year-end stock takes and investigate related queries

Requirements

Experience
- Data collection and data quality management
- Patient care and administration
- Customer service
- Stock control and logistics experience (desirable)
- NHS experience (desirable)

About you
You are organised, IT literate, and self-motivated with strong people skills. You have a flexible and responsive approach to work and can work effectively within a team. You demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in data management and have a commitment to delivering high quality service.

Qualifications
- Educated to 'A' level or GCSE Maths and English grades A-C
- Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience
- IT package qualification or training such as European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) (desirable)
- Customer service qualification or training (desirable)

Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Data management and validation skills
- Manual handling knowledge
- Knowledge of Trust hospital systems (desirable)
