Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Homeowner Services Approvals Specialist on a Permanent basis at our Ealing Broadway office.
A bit about the role:
As a Homeowner Services Approvals Specialist, you will process requests from residents for, right to buy/acquire re-mortgaging, registering improvements, sub-letting, assignments, lease extensions, equity loan redemptions and similar matters.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Processing cases for Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, Right to Shared Ownership and enfranchisement accurately by adhering to statutory and governance requirements.
Enforcing the terms of leases, where appropriate, by issuing notice of forfeiture as required.
Process equity loan redemption requests including My Choice Homebuy, accurately and on time by checking valuation against original loan and prepare offers to residents for approval.
Supporting the wide Homeowner Services team by performing administrative duties commensurate with the role.
Collaborating with customers and external partners, including legal representatives and valuers, by acting as an ambassador for Peabody and ensuring our reputation is maintained.
This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Ealing Broadway office is required.
