About the Role
We are building a talent pool of Housing Officers for future opportunities across our Operations Directorate. By joining this pool, you will be considered for upcoming vacancies and contacted when a suitable role arises.

As a Housing Officer, you will play a key role in delivering excellent services to residents and helping to create places where people feel safe, supported and proud to live. You will take ownership of a portfolio of homes and schemes, building strong relationships with residents and understanding the issues that matter most to them.

By being visible, approachable and proactive, you will help resolve problems, improve satisfaction and ensure residents receive a consistent, high-quality service. You will work closely with colleagues, contractors, managing agents and local stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes and act as a strong advocate for residents.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, responding to queries and concerns, conducting estate inspections, managing service charges, investigating complaints and anti-social behaviour cases, and working collaboratively to improve services and the resident experience.

Experience
Strong customer service skills, ideally gained in a housing or resident-focused environment. Previous housing experience is desirable but not essential.
