Location
Lambeth & Various Locations across London Boroughs including Merton, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Croydon, Sutton, Richmond, Kingston, and counties of Surrey and Hampshire.

Hours
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, predominantly 9:00am to 5:30pm with some flexibility required. Role includes 3 days on-site and 2 days in-house/home working. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Salary
£39,841 - £41,937 per annum, dependent upon experience.

About the Role
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is seeking a skilled and experienced Local Housing Manager (Roaming) to provide excellent housing and estate services across a geographical patch. As the front-facing representative of MTVH, you will coordinate internal and external services to meet the diverse needs of our customers, delivering high-quality services both individually and locally. You will manage relationships with Local Authorities and other Housing Association partners and act as the main point of contact for customers regarding anti-social behaviour complaints, estate services, tenancy management, tenancy enforcement, and lettings management. This role requires a proactive approach to supporting customers and local initiatives, with a strong emphasis on customer service and community engagement.

Experience
- Proven experience working in a social housing setting is essential.
- Experience working within a supported housing environment is desirable.
- Experience dealing with customers presenting complex or challenging needs.
- Strong administration skills including managing inboxes, keys, and reporting.
- Experience in analysing customer feedback to improve services.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload.
- Experience of working with customers face to face, on the phone, and in writing.
