About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Performance/Improvement Team as a Housing Performance Assistant. In this role, you will use your excellent IT skills and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple daily tasks. You will work with both quantitative and qualitative data to understand service delivery and suggest improvements. A key part of your role will be proactively quality checking data and implementing measures to ensure consistently high data integrity.
You will work collaboratively to avoid duplication of effort and assist in implementing system changes as required. Supported by your manager, you will also take initiative to review and evaluate your own performance, seeking continuous improvement and development. The role requires a person-centred approach to understand the impact of procedural changes on service delivery, identifying both positive and negative unintended consequences and monitoring the effects of change.

Experience
No specific experience is mandated; however, experience working with data, performance information, or in a housing or local government environment would be advantageous.

- Highly organised with excellent IT skills and strong attention to detail to accurately process, validate, and analyse a wide range of information.
- Effective communicator, able to engage with a broad range of people and produce accurate, concise performance information.
- Proactive and flexible, able to work independently using your own initiative as well as taking instructions to meet deadlines and solve day-to-day problems.
- Committed to working collaboratively and person-centred, understanding the wider impact of procedural changes on service delivery.
