About the Role
Join a dynamic Resourcing Team supporting Kingston and Sutton Councils through a shared services model. This role involves providing a professional, efficient, and customer-focused HR resourcing administration and advisory service, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using the Oleeo ATS and iTrent Payroll/HRIS systems. You will support hiring managers with recruitment strategies, ensuring safe and fair recruitment practices, and delivering recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill roles. This hybrid role requires attendance at the Civic Centre in Sutton every Tuesday, with occasional work at Sutton or Kingston Guildhall offices.

About the Service and Team
The shared services team employs nearly 500 staff across HR, Finance, Customer Service, Neighbourhoods, Environment, and ICT. The Resourcing Team focuses on recruitment administration and advisory services, maintaining high standards across the recruitment process for both councils and traded partner organisations. Flexibility and creativity in recruitment approaches are essential to attract the best candidates and support organisational priorities.

Experience
Strong experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle is essential. Confidence using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and providing expert advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies is required. Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment queries and deliver targeted campaigns for hard-to-fill roles is important.

Qualifications
