This role is ideal for a performance-minded office manager or workplace experience manager who wants to take ownership of human productivity and performance in a fast-moving startup environment. You will create and continuously optimise a workplace that maximises employee productivity and performance, own the day-to-day operation of the workplace delivering a safe, efficient, high-performing environment, and lead relationships with landlords, building management and key suppliers to maintain exceptional workplace standards.

You will manage workplace services including connectivity, food and beverage, office technology and employee health initiatives such as flu vaccinations. Additionally, you will continuously improve workplace processes, implement innovative solutions and embed a culture of workplace excellence across Fuse. The role also includes providing operational support across the business and coordinating meetings, travel and internal events as required.

Experience
Proven experience as an office manager or workplace experience manager, ready to take on a larger remit.

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with suppliers and building management.
Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
