We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, trading, and quant disciplines. You will own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities include developing tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, trading, and data science/quant from high-growth tech companies, trading firms, hedge funds, and other elite technical organisations. You will screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit, run high-quality recruitment processes by driving pipeline activity, facilitating debriefs, and ensuring seamless candidate experiences. Additionally, you will negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines.

Experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical roles including software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, trading, quant, or data science in high-performance environments. Background hiring at companies known for a high bar, whether agency (trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, tech) or in-house at scaling tech companies. Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets. Comfortable working across a range of technical disciplines, not limited to one specialism.

About you
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.

No specific formal qualifications required beyond relevant recruiting experience and demonstrated success in technical talent acquisition.
