About the Role
This is a fantastic administrative opportunity to join the ICT & Data Management Department as a Service Delivery Officer (Assets). You will be a proactive and organised individual working within the stock and assets team, responsible for the provision and accurate recording of IT devices and assets.
In this role, you will coordinate hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, from delivery to disposal. You will ensure that processes for receiving, allocating, and tracking stock are followed, and that all assets are properly recorded and maintained in the department’s databases.

Main responsibilities include:
- Managing IT hardware assets through their full lifecycle
- Obtaining, deploying, and recording stock as required
- Processing daily requests promptly and accurately
- Supporting stock tasks and project requirements as they arise
- Monitoring stock levels to meet business needs
Experience
No specific prior experience is stated; however, experience in administrative or asset management roles would be advantageous.
