About the Role
Lee Marley Group is the UK’s largest integrated brickwork and scaffolding subcontractor, and we’re expanding our Quantity Surveying team due to increasing demand across our sites. We are seeking Quantity Surveyors with varying levels of experience who want to join a growing business and play an important role in the commercial management of our projects.
Ideally, candidates will have experience working for a specialist subcontractor, preferably within brickwork, façades, scaffolding or a similar construction trade. Experience with major main contractors or developers is also advantageous.
The role involves managing projects from commencement through to final account, including subcontract commercial management, material procurement, cost management, contract management, valuations, variations, change control, and cost reporting. You will work closely with site teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met.
For more experienced candidates, the ability to take commercial responsibility for projects with minimal supervision, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and maintain control through to final account is essential.
Brickwork experience is preferable but candidates from other specialist subcontract backgrounds with the right commercial experience and approach will also be considered.
As part of Lee Marley Group, you will work on major construction projects across the UK with a strong pipeline of work, offering opportunities to develop your career, take on responsibility, and build your expertise within a specialist subcontracting environment.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
