About the Role
As an IT Supervisor at The Cadogan, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced technology infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver vital IT support and maintain secure systems within a prestigious luxury hotel environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to hotel employees by resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly. You will support and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, telephony systems, Wi-Fi networks, and audiovisual equipment. Ensuring all hotel technology systems operate efficiently and securely is key, covering PMS, POS, finance, HR, and other business-critical applications. You will assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements. Additionally, you will liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and support activities. Supporting hotel events and meetings by ensuring audiovisual and technical equipment are operational and available as required is also part of the role.

Experience
- Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management, preferably within hospitality or a luxury environment.
- Strong technical proficiency supporting hardware, software, networks (including Wi-Fi), and business-critical systems such as PMS and POS.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues efficiently.
- Experience with cybersecurity measures and data protection compliance.
- Familiarity with IT asset management, system configurations, and support request tracking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide technical guidance to non-technical hotel employees and liaise with vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
